Return Policies

Our mission is "Families helping families through speciality coffee." Part of this mission includes treating each person we interact with, from the families that grow the coffee trees to the families that are purchasing our products, with the dignity that they deserve. This influences our return policies. With this in mind here are our general policies, however, we take each individual situation, well individually. 

Coffee Returns

Because of the nature of coffee being a perishable item and we do our best to ensure the quality of each product, in general we do not accept returns for coffee purchases. However, we want to ensure that everyone is satisfied with their purchase. If you have any problems or concerns over your coffee purchase, please reach out to us and we will do whatever we can to ensure your happiness with us and our products. 

Pre-Order Products

From time to time we will offer products as "Pre-order". These products are items that we do not have at the moment of purchase but we will be getting in stock as soon as possible. When the product is in stock, you will receive notification that the product is being shipped to you. If the product is not what you had expected or hoped for, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to ensure your happiness. 

Used Products

There are no returns for products that we sell that are used. We will do our best to make sure you know of the condition of the product before we ship it to you to ensure you are aware of the condition of the product and you are not surprised when you receive the product. 

Damaged Products in Shipping

From time to time products will be damaged (and/or lost) in shipping. When this happens, take photos of the packaging as you received it and of the product(s). We will file the appropriate claims with the shipping company(ies) and send out a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available we will give you credit for the value of the product that was damaged. 

Other Products

If you purchased another product that does not meet your expectations, we will work with you individually to arrive at a solution that meets the individual needs.
