Winter Spice Syrup

When all you want to do is snuggle down into a perfect old fashioned, or sip coffee in your warmest socks, Winter Spice is exactly what you need.  Smoked cloves, vanilla beans and peppercorns impart deep warming notes to any wintertime treat. 

Bourbon chai cocktail

1oz Winter Spice

3 oz Black Tea

3oz Milk of Choice

Top with cold foam (add a few shakes of pH House Bitters) and a dash of cinnamon.

Winter Spice Metropolitan

2oz Calvados Brandy

.5 of pH Winter Spice

1 oz Antica Vermouth

6 dashes pH Houe Bitters

Fresh Rosemary Branch

Prep the glass by rubbing the insides of a coupe glass with a 4-inch rosemary branch. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass, stir on ice and strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
